About Us

Our founder Donna Wild leads teams to identify opportunities to help animals in long-lasting ways, while always placing the surrendering individual/ organisation as well as the animal at the heart of change initiatives and innovations. Her mission is that no animals are deemed ‘waste’ again.

In her time in animal welfare she has so far

  • Managed to improve practice in animal rescue
  • Bettered practices in foster care
  • Set up and implemented effective strategies enabling significantly larger numbers of animals to be rescued and rehomed and
  • Solidified lasting change in the industry.

Today Donna runs No Animals As Waste and Into Loving Homes, sister organisations set to pave new paths in animal welfare in their scalability of rehoming animals and best practice ethically and environmentally.

On a personal level, she is empathic, an avid learner and highly results focused.

“My current mission – No Animals As Waste (or ‘NAAW’) is focused on education, industry accountability and rehoming of animals from research labs, breeders, animal agriculture, pounds, detection facilities and more. NAAW will be setting industry facilities up with our program at no cost to them and minimal time involved, so that we can find the animals the best possible forever homes with the refined screening processes that I have already created and keep further refining as needed.”

We would love to hear from charities, social enterprises, businesses and individuals who want to put their business or money toward supporting vital causes that make a real tangible and continuing difference to our environment, society and especially animals’ lives.

Let’s see what we can do for animals together!
